NCAA Football The 1998 University of Tennessee Volunteers were the undefeated National Champions. Coached by Phil Fuhlmer and lead by quarterback Tee Martin, UT managed to beat Syracuse, Kentucky (outstanding quarterback Tim Couch), Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi State (SEC Championship), Florida (who's only loss was to Florida State), and Florida State (National Championship game) all in the same year.

MLB The Atlanta Braves were the dominant team of the 1990's. They only won one world championship in 1991, but they won there division every year and made it to the National League Championship game almost every year. Their pitching staff is tops in the game with Greg Maddux leading the way. John Schmoltz is currently the greatest closer in baseball.

WTA Monica Seles was missed when she left tennis. She dominated the sport of women's professional tennis before she was stabbed in the back at a tournament in Germany by a Steffe Graffe fan who believed the only way to see his favorite tennis player back on top was to injure the best tennis player in the world. Monica was out of tennis for a long time and has returned to play the game she loves. I am a big fan and follow her career. She has won the Australian Open Grand Slam 4 times, French Open Grand Slam twice and the U.S. Open Grand Slam 3 times. Wimbledon is the only Grand Slam event to elude her.
